Tapani and his mates joined us from Finland for some great yellowfin tuna action. We did not dissapoint with the biggest yellow at 87 kgs. Thanks guys for the custom handmade lures they are great!

A great competition, we held first place for the first two days with a 93.55 kg yellow caught by Brian and just got beaten by two yellows taken from the same boat on the last day, both just 200 grams apart in weight by 2 kgs… So we ended up 3rd biggest yellowfin , 7th biggest yellowfin and 9th biggest yellowfin as well as 2nd boat overall. The scoring was based on only two yellows weighed per day per boat and not total catch, otherwise we would have won top boat as we consistently caught more tuna than most other boats.

Al joined us as a return guest for a tuna trip, what a day, great weather and literally non stop action on the yellowfin with double hook ups being the order of the day, biggest 96kgs smallest 73kgs. What more can we say

and some great fishing everyone had a great time.

What a day, the best weather we have had all season so far and great fishing. Robin our charter for the day was in to multiple yellowfin to the point where he could no longer catch any more due to fatigue! - or perhaps we just put him into too many tuna….
